It is a painting line for motorcycle aluminum spare parts. The client decided to update the painting line because the old one was too old to fulfill the work capacity, which was very dirty, and 20% rejected claims caused by dirt. After long and deep communication, YOKISTAR won this project.
The project has a water baking oven, a paint baking oven, two paint booths, a paint mixing room, one empty room for waiting after coating, and an automatic conveyor system.
We sent two engineers to Philipins to help and instruct the installation, and the paint line has worked well since 2016.
