With waterborne paint system
A. During painting, spray booth can offer a sealed environment with cleanness, safety and excellent lighting for the painting operation of all kind of components and different products.
B. During baking, drying time, temperature and humidity in spray booth can be set according to different paint materials to achieve a perfect high-quality spraying and baking for your cars.
C. Spray booth makes spraying and baking operation with no limits of all kinds of whether, thus ensuring physical fitness of operators and absolute safety of equipments.
The purpose of YOKISTAR spray booth is achieving the fastest drying time, the lowest operation costs and as little environment impact as possible.
In order to promote the efficiency of the workshop and enlarge the profits for our customer, Yokistar spray booth has following advantages:
1. Ventilation
Yokistar spray booth is designed with several ventilation systems to guarantee the best painting conditions. All the filter system and air exhaust underneath create a vertical efficient air flow that is distributed evenly inside the booth and allows overspray to be removed immediately at all space around the vehicle.
2. Air recirculation on bake cycle
100% of the air handled by the fan is put into YOKISTAR spray booth during the bake cycle and only 15%-20% is expelled outside from there, while the balance 85%-80% is recovered and filled up with fresh air by means of the changeover damper.
Even temperature distribution in all points around the vehicle being painted rapid reaching of bake temperature and consequent reduction of bake times high energy savings due to recovery of most of the heat produced for the bake cycle
3. Lighting
The illumination is provided by four-tube, 36-watt light fixtures in the angled ceiling panels and side walls. They are sealed with 0.5mm clear and tempered safety glass. Correct lighting in YOKISTAR spray booth should be required for the good conditions for the painter.
4. Filters
The filtering is composed of high-efficiency heat, dust, paint resistant micro filters. The large surface covered and their progressive density guarantee high dust retention capacity and low resistance to the air passage. The long life of these filters considerably reduces frequency of replacement, contributing to reductions in running costs.
Warranty
The goods are guaranteed for 12 months from the date of receipt, but the filters and lamps are not guaranteed. It cannot be applied for damages caused by negligence of operations or mishandling of the machine.
