Product Description

A bracing spray baking booth has finally been completed in Russian in October, 2014. Experiencing about 6-month preparation works, it is reflective of collaborative efforts of all YOKISTAR members of engineers, production, loading and shipping, as well as the installation and vitally important service of YOKISTAR cooperators.



This is a side downdraft spray booth with the application of tanker painting and baking. Comfortable working condition for operators and superb painting environment for tankers have been created under the features of ventilation, ample lighting, efficient filtering, energy-saving heating and fault alarming.

"Available size of the paint spray booth is 14000×6000×5000mm(L×W×H), and the overall size is 14140×8090×5600 mm(L×W×H);
70mm thick ROCKWOOL insulation wall panels and 0.6mm thick color steel cover offer the cabin with firm structure;
18units ×4pcs ×36W ceiling lights and 18units ×4pcs ×36W side lights create the illumination of more than 800LUX;
40000m³/h air capacity is reached by belt-drive centrifugal fans in air intaking and exhausting units, which is known for its large air volume and small noise;
RIELLO RLS28 diesel and gas burner together with 300KW/H heat exchanger are equipped in heating system to attain more than 90% heat energy utilization;
The primary pocket filter and ceiling filter can catch dust of large than 4μm, ensuring intaking air clean;
The fiberglass filter and M-shaped active carbon filter make the exhausted waste air complying with green standards; all anti-explosion motors, anti-spark fans and control safety system guarantee a safe operation for painting workers."
